Our client is a supplier to the automotive industry and wanted to embark on a new business field/venture. Together with a design team, we helped to realise this vision. For example, we significantly supported the concept, construction and manufacturing of the two CFRP e-bikes from the very first paper sketch on. Another highlight is the CARGO concept bike, recently been presented to the technical press, which we also supported constructively in its development and creation.
We were able to provide this wide range of support due to our work on vehicle concepts and virtual concept prototypes which served as a working base for other cross-disciplinary teams. Our range stretched from the initial ideas to computing models and studies of the installation space to the design and construction of assemblies and parts including the pertinent manufacturing drawings and assembly instructions.
